  • Free warranty for failure due to product defect within one year after purchase
    ■ The criteria for the free A/S period are based on the purchase date and the manufacturing year sticker on the side of the product
    ■ However, free A/S is provided if the manufacturing date is within one year of the A/S request period. If one year has passed, it is confirmed that it is within one year of purchase through proof of purchase date.
    ■ Proof of date of purchase includes purchase history or receipt from an online shopping mall or store

  • Extended Returns Information
    ■ For the 2022 Holiday Season, most of the items purchased between October 11 and December 25, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2023

  • Amazon Returns Policy
    ■ Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

    ■ To determine if a product sold by Amazon.com has a longer return timeline, locate the product type below. If the product type isn't listed or doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

  • If you are using a hearing aid, please carefully review the information related to electromagnetic waves that may affect your hearing aid.

  • Do not store the product with metals such as coins and keys. ˙Do not leave the product in a magnetic field. ˙While driving, please follow relevant laws at all times.
