In case of disconnection between Mstick and vehicle

If the Mstick is disconnected from the vehicle, common causes include the following. Please try the following methods in order to solve the problem.

Defective USB extension cable

If you are using a USB extension cable, check if the same problem occurs when you plug in the Mstick directly.

If the problem does not occur when connecting the Mstick directly, there may be a problem with the USB extension cable

Please use a different USB extension cable or plug in the Mstick yourself

Damaged Vehicle USB port

Please check if the same problem occurs when using Android Auto with an Android smartphone

If the same problem occurs when using Android Auto with an Android smartphone, there may be a problem with the vehicle USB port

Please check the status of the vehicle USB port with the vehicle manufacturer.

Google WebView App error

An Android system problem may be caused by an error in the Android System WebView app

Update the app to the latest version through the Play Store within the Mstick, and then update the device Please check if the problem occurs after rebooting.

Launch Play Store App → My Apps/Games → Android System WebView → Update

Mstick initialization required

There may have been a problem with Mstick's system. Please check if the same problem occurs after initializing Mstick.
 

Settings → System → Reset Options → Delete All Data (Initialize)
