Mstick Not Registering in Mgears Go (iPhone)

Before Mstick4 can be registered in the Mgears Go app on your iPhone, it must first be successfully paired via Bluetooth.

How to Confirm Successful Bluetooth Pairing

Once Bluetooth pairing is complete

  • The How-to Pair popup window on Mstick will close.

  • The LED on Mstick will stop blinking and turn solid blue.

You can confirm successful pairing by checking the following:

  • A Bluetooth icon appears in the top status bar of Mstick.

  • Your iPhone name is listed under Mgears Settings > Bluetooth Handsfree on Mstick.

  • On your iPhone, “Mstick” appears as Connected in the Bluetooth settings.

Troubleshooting Steps if Mstick Does Not Appear in the App

If Mstick is paired via Bluetooth but does not show up in the Mgears Go app, try the following:

  1. Remove all previously paired Bluetooth devices from your iPhone​

  2. Restart your iPhone​

  3. Delete all Bluetooth devices from Mstick​

  4. Delete and reinstall the Mgears Go app​
