2. Connect the Tesla vehicle to the Mstick4 hotspot.

3. Open the Tesla browser and visit view.mgears.link to display the Mstick4 screen.

[Tips for Tesla Users]

◆ Use the BrowserView Navigation Bar

On the Tesla browser BrowserView page:
Quick Menu (☰) → Settings → Turn Navigation Bar ON and select its position.

[Troubleshooting Connection Issues]

◆ Depending on the Tesla firmware version, the following settings may be required.

① Video / Audio Settings

On the Tesla browser BrowserView page:
Quick Menu (☰) → Settings → Apply the following settings, then refresh the browser.

· Audio: Wi-Fi Audio Output OFF

· Video: Decoder Type – Software (SW)

② Change Mstick Vehicle Connection Mode

On the Mstick screen:
Mgears Settings → Device Settings

· Vehicle Connection Mode: BMW Mode

· Bluetooth Audio Profile: Source Mode
(Audio output to vehicle speakers: OFF)

③ Bluetooth Connection

After completing the above settings, connect Mstick via the Tesla vehicle’s Bluetooth settings.

4. Notes on Microphone & Speaker Operation

◆ Since BrowserView operates via a web browser, it uses the microphone and speaker of the device running the browser (PC, smartphone, or vehicle).

· Operating principle: Audio input and output follow the browser’s connected devices.

· Example: When set to Vehicle Microphone (Android Auto operating mode / non-standard mode) in a Tesla vehicle, the built-in Tesla microphone will be used.

◆ The Screen / Audio Sync Adjustment feature remains available while using BrowserView.
